My friend and I have an affinity for HORRIBLE movies and Glitter just happens to be one of them lol. It's just soooo bad that it's hilarious! So is Gigli. I think everyone should see Gigli at least once. It's brutal but awesomely so. I hate the whole music to acting transition and vice versa. It just seems like a ploy for more money. I can't remember which movie he was in, but Gavin Rossdale had a really good role in a movie. He was a bad guy... I have no clue which one.

And about the comment you left me about country music, i listen to everything but country actually. And actually everything, from Avril to Alexisonfire to Chet Baker to Josh Groban to Fall Out Boy to Jay-Z.... i could go on. My ipod is a huge mishmash of randomness. I do have 3 country songs on it though! Before He Cheats by Carrie Underwood, Great Day to Be Alive by some guy I don't know, and that BBQ stain one by Tim McGraw haha. the last 2 are more for memory purposes and I don't really listen to them. But they're there nonetheless!!!

When reading your blog, Reba was the first singer-then-actor to come to mind. I love her self-titled sitcom. I am not sure if she has done any movies but she has been quite successful on broadway. I also recall P. Diddy in Monster Ball, sure his part was short but I thought he was great. For any more examples I am stumped. But you are right the general movement of singer to actor is usually not a successful one.

Well how about Lauryn hill! In sister act 2, thats really the only one I can think of right now, but I think there have been others. I totally see what you mean though, sometimes I wish a singer would just stay a singer, and an actor would just stay an actor.
Great blog! :)
